Your data, plainly explained

Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control. It is short on purpose.

1. What we collect

Contact form. When you message us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type. We use this only to answer your inquiry.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular and which devices visitors use. Analytics never tells us who you are.

Local storage. Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device: your chosen theme (light or dark) and your cookie choice. Nothing here leaves your browser.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiles. We do not share your details with third parties except the two services that make the site work: the form relay that delivers your message to our shop email, and Google Analytics when you have accepted it.

3. Cookies and consent

The site works fully without cookies. Analytics cookies are only activated if you press "Accept" on the consent banner you will see on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which removes the saved choice and shows the banner again.

4. How long we keep messages

Contact form messages are kept in our shop email only as long as needed to serve you, and are deleted once the matter is resolved. WhatsApp conversations follow WhatsApp's own retention policies.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you, at any time and with no charge. Just contact us using the details below.

6. Contact

HAFTECH Computers, Family Business Center, 55 Tom Mboya Street, Shop G1, Nairobi CBD. Email or call . If you are in Kenya, you can also raise a concern with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
